Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has completed a $28 million renovation of a sprawling estate on an exclusive peninsula near Seattle, the United States, according to the Daily Mail.

The estate is located in Medina, a wealthy suburb of Seattle, Washington, which is connected to the world’s longest land bridge.

The residence is a 25,000-square-foot Tudor-style mansion with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

It also has indoor and outdoor pools, a large guest house, and private waterfront access to Lake Washington.

The second lot features a landscaped garden and another large house, which Bezos reportedly used as his office.

The grounds also include two large docks, a boathouse, and a small waterslide.

The total cost of the estate was $88 million. That’s now over $118 million, adjusted for inflation.
